Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund*. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.).
You can submit a return request by logging into your account, find the order you wish to return and click the Return Items link.
You should expect to receive your refund within 1-2 days after your return package is received.
If you need to help returning an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
*Citizen/Swarovski items as well as the Citizen/Swarovski retail package must be returned in the original condition. UPC code on the retail packaging cannot be altered or damaged. We do not accept return if the retail package (e.g. blue box for Swarovski figurine) or UPC code is missing, damaged or altered.
